■ 특징 FEATURES 인쇄 된 시트형태의 정밀부품 생산에 용이하다. 써보 구동링크 상하작동으로 협소한 밀폐 공간에서도 작업자가 전혀 소음에 대한 장애를 받지 않는다. 반칼작업에 용이하다. 모형재단이 가능하다. 이송판의 전, 후진이 써보구동으로 정밀한 위치제어가 가능하다. 하사점 설정(압력) 미세조정 할 수 있어서 정밀모형의 하프컷팅이 가능하다. 타발속도를 자유롭게 조절 할 수 있다. 이송볼 스크류 사용으로 정밀도가 향상되었다. 작업자 위주의 안전한 설계가 되어있는 기계이다. A machine which produces half-cutting goods such as LCD, PDP, organic EL, DOM, PCB, sponge, rubber cellphone parts, touch panel, car parts, household appliances, communication equipment, printed material, special film, double-sided tape, and is suitable for the production of sheet-type precision goods. Vertical movements of servo-drive link allow the operator to work unaffected by noise even in a small, confined area. Suitable for half-cutting and pattern cutting. A precise distance control of transfer panel's forward and backward motion is made possible by servo-drive. Half-cutting of precise patterns is possible with the detailed adjustment of BDC settings(pressure). Stroke speed can be freely adjusted. Usage of ball screw in transfer has improved precision.
